All of us some time or the other need someone to look at out labels and tell us what it says. Which is exactly why we need to be able decipher truly constructive criticism from the rest of the rabble. The people that tell us a no, because they want us to succeed. The critics who care. It all depends on trusting someone who is on the outside to see the label on your own jar. It all depends on being brave enough to read someone else’s jar for them.
It takes courage. Takes courage to listen to honest criticism and also to give our honest views. Ans it take more than courage to understand and accept it.
